Q: Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are factory, was established in 2008. With 69 employees and more than 3,000 square meters. Our factory includes 1 showroom, 1 warehouse, 4 workshops for printing, molding, aluminum & metal accessing and assembling.
Meanwhile, we keep good relationship with other factories that produces products of acrylic, cardboard, glass etc. So we are able to provide products with other mateiral parts if our clients need.

Q: What are your main products?
A: Our main products includes POS/POP displays, Supermarket shelves, Store Fixtures, Literature Displays,Signage and related accessories.

Q: Where is your factory?
A: We are in Foshan, which is about 1 hour away from Guangzhou (the canton fair city) and 2 hours from Shenzhen Port. Welcome to visit us.

Q: Can you make customized design?
A: Yes. We have rich experience in customizing shelves based on the drawings or concept of our clients.

Q:What’s your MOQ ?
A: It depends on the designs mostly. We will advise you MOQ when we receive your drawing, or picture.

Q:What warranty do I have?
A: All the consignment will be insured. Any defectiveness will be replaced or compensated.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally speaking, it will take 25-40 days to ship the goods after we received your deposit once you confirmed the sample. Please check the delivery time case by case.

Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free? How long does it take to get a sample?
A: Yes, the sample time is about 5-7 working days. We will charge for the sample, but it is refundable after order is placed.

Q: What format of artwork should I provide for printing?
A: Please provide AI,PDF,PSD with high resolution graphic. It must be CMYK instead of RGB.

Q: How could I install the racks?
A: We provide detailed install instructions for every type of shelf. If necessary, we will make a video of installation.

Q: Does your factory have co-pack service?
A: Yes,we can help you to assemble display, pack your products in the display and ship them together.

Q: What is your payment terms?
A: Total amount below $ 2000, we prefer 100% payment in advance. Total amount more than $ 2000, we prefer 30% deposit in advance, and balance before shipment.
We can accept pay by TT or Western Union. Please tell us the payment that you prefer, we will send the detail information to you.

Q: How do you pack the goods?
A: Usually the shelves are detachable, and packed in standard 5 layers export cartons. Other packing as wooden box, or MDF box are also available according to client’s requirement to ensure products are safe during long distance transportation. Usually we use MDF box instead of wooden box, in order to save the fumigation cost for our clients. But if you prefer wooden box, then it is fine for us, but the fumigation cost shall be paid by your side.

Q: How do you ensure the quality of products ?
A: All products are conformed with below procedure.
1) High quality international standard materials
2) Skillful workers (90%) with rich experience for more than 8 years.
3) Strictly control product quality from material purchase to package.
4) Production images and videos will be send after every inspection.

Q: How do you send the goods?
A: Usually the goods are sent Ocean Shipping, Airlift and Express (EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, and FEDEX) as per clients requirement.

Q: Can you ship our displays to door?
A: Yes,we have global logistics partner that can help to deliver your goods to all over the world by sea/air /truck in time to you, to avoid the hassle of clearing the customs from your side, but the freight cost shall be paid in advance. Please advise us the shipment method you prefer before placing order.
